Warranty
- Wise Innovations warrants its product for one year from the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs during this period, Wise Innovations will repair or replace the product.
- Repair or replacement at Wise Innovations* cost will be executed only if both the receipt and warranty card are provided.
- This warranty does not cover product or its parts that are subject to wear or damage due to poor maintenance and incorrect use.
- Warranty will be deemed invalid if repairs are carried out by a person who is not authorized by Wise Innovations.
- Warranty is applicable only for the purchase mode through the authorized dealer.
- Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
- Defective Components exchanged under ‘Chargeable’ & ‘Free of Charge’ basis will be the property of the company. Warranty is applicable only when the appliance is used as per instructions in the manual. User should refrain from any action THAT’S UNDESIRABLE.
- In no event will Wise Innovations be responsible for any kind of loss or damage, direct or consequential resulting from careless, negligent or misuse of the product. The company‘s liability under this warranty is restricted to either repair or replace the product and not for monetary payment or damages.
- No person, agent or distributor, retailer or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.

- Support during and after the warranty period can surely be obtained from nearest product dealer of Wise Innovations. In this case, there may be some delay if spare parts are not readily available.
- Contact the Customer Care of Wise Innovations in case you face any issues while obtaining the service.
